At TCH Hardware, we stand behind the quality of our industrial components and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific hardware items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, brackets, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
